How Do I Login to My Membership?

Access your Easel Insight membership here: https://easelinsight.com/login. You can also enjoy Easel Insight on tablet or smartphone! Perfect for "on-the-go" learning.

What Do I Do When I Get the "Cookies" Notification?
If you have tried to log into your membership or tried to change your password and get the "Enable Cookies" message, you will need to contact us through the Support Email.  We had an update to a required program that broke the connection to some of our members and their passwords, which is why the cookies error message appears.  Please email Support at contact@easelinsight.com and we will be able to reconnect your username and password and get you back on board quickly. Once your username and password has been re-connected, you'll no longer have the "Cookies" problem.  We appreciate your patience in this matter.  

How Do I Change My Password?

Should you want to change your password you would need to log out and go through the Lost password link and follow the steps below.

The first thing you need to do is go to your login link:  https://easelinsight.com/login

Click the "Lost password" link, then it will ask you to enter your username or email address (this must be the username you always used for Easel Insight), then click "get new password". In a short time, go to your email, you'll get an email that says Password Reset. Open and click on the link in that email and you'll be able to put in a new password. We have had members say it has taken up to 15 minutes to get this email, so please give it some time, and don't forget to check the Spam folder.  

If for some reason you don't ever get that email, or you still have a problem logging in, please contact us at contact@easelinsight.com.

How Do I Update My Account or Card Information?

Updating your account or card information is handled through the "Support" link in the main menu at the top of the website once you become a member.  Select the Update Account Info link and you'll be taken to a page explaining how to update your information.  Or you may go directly to this link:  https://easelinsight.com/account-info/

Do I Need Special Equipment Or Skills to Use The Membership Site?

No, if you can play a YouTube video on a desktop, laptop, tablet or smartphone, you will be able to use our Membership Site.

What Level Of Computer Knowledge Do I Need to Become a Member?

A basic level of computer understanding is needed. Our technology is simple and very easy to use! If you can browse the Internet, and play a YouTube video, you'll be able to navigate our membership site with no problems.

Are Your Lessons Offered In Different Languages?

No, you must have a proficiency in English.

Are Your Lessons Offered With Closed Captioning?

No, not at this time.

How Does The Membership Work?

Easel Insight membership is a $35 recurring monthly or $350 recurring annual subscription that begins on the day you sign up. Your account will automatically be billed each month or year on the same day. Your subscription payment covers "access" to all the benefits of the membership.  There are no "purchases" of videos, much like a membership with Netflix. You don't buy the videos themselves, you gain access to the videos when you're an active member.

As long as there is no break in your membership, you get to keep your current monthly or annual price for life.

If I Need To Cancel, How Do I Do That?

You can cancel at anytime. There is no contract and no cancellation fee. Cancellation is handled through the "Support" link in the main menu at the top of the website once you become a member.  Or you may go directly to this link:  https://easelinsight.com/cancellation/.  When you cancel your monthly subscription you no longer will have access to all the benefits you're entitled to as a member or the current monthly or annual pricing you may have now. If you decided to join again at some point, the Membership website opens for new sign-ups only a couple of times a year and the price for new or former members, at that time, will be your new monthly or annual price.
